By accessing and using OneBudd, including our website, mobile application, API, and related services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. User-Generated Content & AI Training

By submitting health information, feedback, messages, or other content to OneBudd, you grant OneBudd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for:

• ▸Conducting health research and analytics (with full anonymization)
• ▸Enhancing service quality and user experience

You retain all ownership rights to your content and represent that you have the legal right to grant these permissions. Health data used for AI training is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

OneBudd uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized health recommendations and insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

Limitation of Liability
